I was tasked with leading the design and development of the Guardians of Security application, a centralized hub for managing security technology in retail environments. As both the Product Manager and Lead Designer, I oversaw the end-to-end development process, ensuring the app effectively integrates body-worn cameras and two-way radios while streamlining security protocols and communication.
